Laurence Cohen, P.Eng., Company Founder and President – Bio
Laurence Cohen has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including 15 years in the industrial and heavy construction field. More than ten years ago, Laurence founded Castle Creek Contracting to pursue his passion of building to improve people’s quality of life and enjoyment of their living and work environments, while helping to increase the value of their assets.
Laurence’s background includes project management in the building envelope consulting field with the renowned firm Morrison Hershfield Consulting Engineers, where he managed projects restoring condominium complexes that had suffered critical building envelope failures due to water infiltration.
