At Castle Creek, a major part of our work takes place before construction even begins. We start by collaborating with you – whether you’re an architect, designer, property owner, property manager, or engineer – to ensure we understand project criteria, priorities and intent.
Once the project scope is well defined – and all specifications, budgets and schedules have been developed – we begin the construction phase of the project. We believe that without these crucial project parameters, construction will not progress smoothly, causing costly pitfalls, delays, and even re-work.
Execution
During construction, we maintain close control of all day-to-day progress at the site and constantly review it against the overall scope of work. We closely manage the quality of the construction process, and the work of all sub-trades contributing to the project. A major part of our project management process involves built-in quality checks at key points during the project.
